1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Ekarthaan Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Ekarthaan Studios provides creative tech services including but not limited to 3D/2D animation, AI solutions, Engineering CAD, and Web/Mobile development. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all preliminary concepts and working files remain the property of Ekarthaan Studios. Final delivered assets will be transferred to the client upon full payment of the project fees.

4. Payment Terms

Projects typically require an upfront deposit as specified in the project proposal. Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed work or as otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a suspension of services or additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ekarthaan Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh.
